For the Grand Soleil 37 the design brief was to maximise interior volume without compromising performance, and make her enduringly beautiful both to handle and look at. They did a brilliant job. She won Yacht of the Year in Germany with the magazine "Yacht" as well and she will not disappoint.
She has the Grand Soleil hot galvanised steel structure within her GRP hull to add greater stiffness and strength and provide uniform distribution of stress from the keel, mast and shrouds. This properly engineered design works really well. The del Pardo yard know their stuff, which is why they have the excellent reputation that they enjoy today. This model also has the Sports rig and everything about her equipment just says 'performance'. Put simply, she is a beautifully fast, responsive cruiser racer.
This example has been professionally maintained by her owner and she appears in very good order. She has 3 double cabins, (2 aft and 1 forward), with a 4th berth which can be set up in the saloon using the retractable saloon table. She is also for sale with a comprehensive inventory. Everything is included, from her cutlery to her removable cabin carpets and her deck brush.
