Broker's Comments

Residential barge for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this 38m live aboard barge for sale in Paris. I was impressed by the accommodation of this péniche. The original lines and character have been preserved and the accommodation has a light, bright and airy yet retaining a cosy feel to it. The old boatman cabin has retained it's original style and can be used as an independent guest apartment. The main accommodation comprises 4 rooms bathroom, separate WC and laundry room and the decoration is resolutely nautical. Headroom varies from 1.86 in the wheelhouse to to over 2m and up to 2.52m in the rest of the boat. A mooring in the Paris region is possible and the barge is fully equipped to navigate all the French and European waterways of Freycinet dimensions or over.
