The fin keeled Westerly Cirrus is an attractive, streamlined, and versatile yacht, which can be used equally as a family cruiser or as a racer. In fact the Westerly Cirrus was the winner of the Yachting World Rally in the year of its launch in 1968, and was an extremely popular boat with almost 400 built in five years.
Having been built in 1972, this particular vessel is one of the later examples. She has undergone extensive updates and improvements over the past couple of years, including the addition of a new cooker and Jabsco sea toilet.
Mechanically the boat is also sound, having had her engine completely overhauled in 2011.
Another real plus point, is the recent survey which was carried out in January 2012, a copy of which is available on request.
