Broker's Comments
This is a beautiful boat, finished off to a very high specification and finish, as you would expect from Aqualine Boats. Reverse layout, the boat is fitted out with Oak, Rosewood and painted panels. The large cockpit is great for entertaining and has fitted seating with lovely cushions around the stern and two good sized cockpit lockers.
As you come down the companionway steps into the well appointed galley, you have granite worktops, lots of storage and galley space, integrated refrigerator, built in Belling double oven and burner grill, microwave oven, centre island and attached dining room table.
The saloon is large and airy with a 2021 settee, TV, and Satellite System. There is a solid fuel stove midships with storage and TV unit next to it with good cupboard space below. The saloon also benefits from low level mood lighting, boxed in radiators and a tasteful carpet which is contoured nicely into the galley's rosewood floor.
Down the corridor there are built-in cupboards containing a laundry hamper, integrated freezer and washing machine. The large shower room is opposite with full size shower, electric toilet, large illuminated mirrors over both vanity units, built in wash basin and modern radiator.
Finally you arrive in the master bedroom with a king size bed with a 2021 Dream Cloud mattress. There is a waste tank under the bed, a pullout ottoman seat for the dressing table and stacks of storage/wardrobe space, reading lights under the overhead lockers and a clever window mirror that opens when needed. The bedroom leads out into the good size cratch area with storage and comfortable outside seating with cushions.
Please note that the single arm chair is not included with the sale and has now been removed.
