Broker's Comments
Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. The owner has reduced this vessel for a quick sale, ideally before the second week in December 2004, after which he may reinstate its original price of 45,950GBP.
She is ideal as a long term cruising vessel with enough space for easy living. Big welcoming saloon, generous galley, ample berths, large cockpit and more space than a Nauticat 38 at half the price! All in a package under 12 meters which keeps the mooring fees at a minimum.
