Broker's Comments
This Oceanis 320 is very well presented: she is intact, clean and beautiful. Moreover, her current owner has invested quite a lot of money in her: new rigging, new sails, new electric installation, etc. She is equipped with a dry stern gland and I have seen no telltale signs of water entry. She is equipped for single handed sailing, not only because of the rigging all being send aft to the cockpit, but also because of certain safety aspects (spare anchor aft, ready to be thrown). What really sets her apart from others boats of this model is the wheel steering instead of the more common tiller helm. Spanish flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
