A well presented Birchwood that has been with one owner for twelve years!

Regularly maintained and used on the Norfolk Broads. Considered ideal for inland waterways and coastal/estuary cruising.
Plenty of space both below and above deck with the benefit of an aft deck to enjoy El Fresco dining evenings and sunny days!

The aft cabin adds a spacious dinette area with the facility to convert to a double bed and a very workable galley.

A current BSC until 22/06/2024 and the mooring should be available by negotiation with the marina management.

Well worth viewing!!
