Broker's Comments
Not one for the faint of heart, this yacht requires more than the usual quick wipe over with a soapy sponge. In fact, as the photos hopefully convey, she is derelict!
If you were to purchase her you will have hours of endless amusement, especially from any friends that you might have in the boat yard. At the very least you will have purchased a hull with cast iron keel, mast and boom, a space to fit a motor with a shaft and prop already installed, a fine cockpit (which a keen gardener might appreciate) and an anchor. Not a boat to suit an arachnophobe however, as the residents are 'big as corgis' !
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price will be considered.
NOTE: The boat Class, Model and Builder are as close as we can get. We originally believed it to be a UK development of the US built Sea Sprite by Pearson and Anders (the clue being in the name!) but we have been advised that she's possibly an early Virgo Voyager so we'll go with that. We stand to be corrected again!
