Broker's Comments
Although this vessel needs some work carried out on her engine & mainsail / jib sail, she is an absolute bargain. The owners are moving abroad and would like someone to take her on asap, hence the price.
About 290 of these 25 footers were built and they have a good owners association. This particular vessel is clean and dry inside with a good level of inventory and equipment.
The hull could do with some tlc to give new life to the colour and some of the running rigging could do with a replacement but otherwise she presents well on deck. A recent survey found the vessel to be in good overall condition.
I like the 6' headroom and space provided in the cabin area for a vessel of this size. The cockpit feels roomy and safe and all the lines lead back making it easy to sail short handed.
