Broker's Comments
This is a unique and slightly idiosyncratic yacht. Its ultra light construction with the best materials makes it very strong. At the same time it is very fast its owner has reported speeds of up to 13 knots. This is normally only achievable in a multi-hull. Pumped water ballast provides additionally weight to windward when required.
This boat would suit a solo yachtsman who likes his own company. Its layout is unusual but very comfortable and functional. The self tacking foresail makes single handed sailing a doddle. The current owner has lived on and sailed her over extended periods. If you want a yacht that marks you out as a sailor instead of a marina resident this is it.
