Broker's Comments
This 28m Dutch Barge is offered for sale at a great price for such a large boat. Recently surveyed in 2019, the hull is in good condition and the owner tells me that the engine also runs very well and has been used recently for cruising.
There are three good sized cabins, a family bathroom, a large galley/diner, and a fabulous living area with super-efficient tile-stove. There is scope for modernization, but this is not a project-boat as she is perfectly habitable in her current condition.
