The open plan and large windows give a feeling of space. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove. The separate forward cabin extends under the foredeck. The compact heads includes a manual toilet that can discharge to the river or a large holding tank.

Moored in west London with easy commuter access. While the residential berth is not automatically transferable, potential buyers are likely to be able to secure it via separate negotiations with CRT who manage the marina.
