Broker's Comments
This calssic 1902 rivetted iron Dutch Barge is ripe for a renovation project.
Surveyed in 2019 she was subsequently overplated up to the waterline. The previous engine has been removed and the current owner has an option to purchase a Bollinger diesel engine.
She is currently fitted out with double berth forward, open plan split-level saloon and galley wish stylish shower room and engine room that could be converted. She may not be for the faint hearted, but provides the opportunity to own a beautiful home afloat.
The present mooring alongside the Grand Union canal in west London is available to transfer with the boat purchase.
