Located in the East of PARIS REGION, in the Champagne area to be more precise, the mooring could be transferrable under request.
This vessel offers a comfortable accommodation around 84m2, a real floating home with double glazed windows a great view over the river, plenty storage under the floor where a black or grey tank could be installed. 140Hp engine on board, the house boat could still cruise, helm position on the foredeck.

Current mooring in a quaint village of the Champagne area, it could be transferrable to a new owner and costs 650 euros per annum.
1H30 away from Paris, only 50 min by train, this live aboard conversion could also be interesting as a pieds-a-terre on the river bank of a countryside.
