Broker's Comments
In her prime this Dutch Barge was used for transporting all different kinds of cargo and later she went into charter on the Waddenzee, sailing to and from the Dutch islands. She has been converted to provide accommodation for living aboard and the forward cabin is still undergoing refurbishment. The barge has a 10 year residential licence which is transferable subject to agreement with the marina and a transfer fee.
