Broker's Comments
Here we have an tidy example of the ever popular Elysian 27 river cruiser.
This one is powered by a Perkins 4108 48 hp diesel that appears to start and run as it should. The boat is conventional and very tidy and dry.
She has a shower to port as you go in to the cabin area with the separate heads area in the front cabin which gives far more space. The front cabin is a vee berth layout with storage cabinet and the infills are present, and she is clean and tidy. The galley to port is also clean and tidy and well equipped.
Her dinette to starboard is also in good order and converts to a double so she can sleep 4 when needed. The cockpit is roomy and comfortable and she has a huge under deck storage area.
Warm air heating, shore power and an inverter complete this little boat so she has a lot to offer.
She has a fresh Boat Safety Certificate to Sept 2027. Her mooring in Statham may also be available to the new owner.
