This Endurance 35 is now on the market with a residential mooring in South Dock Marina in SE London.

Very much a project boat, the new owner would have the opportunity to restore the boat or swap it for something else that would make a suitable liveaboard. The mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 10% transfer fee.

Given recent sale prices, this boat and mooring would make a decent investment opportunity for someone who was keen to get a residential mooring in London at a cut price although they would need to move on the yacht by selling it on or scrapping it at their own cost.

I'm unsure of the maximum dimensions of the berth so it would be worth contacting the marina office to check this if the plan was to change the boat.
