Boatshed Midi Canals are pleased to offer for sale this Eau Claire 1130 in the South of France , This, once hire boat has been converted into a delightful home. The owners have lovingly rebuilt the entire interior to create a floating home. The boat is light, spacious and practical. Also, the sale includes all and everything that within the boat except the owners personal belongings, the television and the vacuum cleaner. The rest stays. You will notice a larger LG fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser and the new safa extends to make a double bed for visitors. The care taken when planning and building the new interior is clear to see when you enter the boat. There is a lot of storage space and good practical use of every corner of the boat. The new owners will need to satisfy themselves that the place can be transferred or be prepared to relocate the boat. We understand that there is a possibility that boat can remain on the place but the boat will navigate under her own power if relocation is necessary. We also understand that there are plenty of local spaces available from VNF for relocation. Please also not that this boat is plumbed and wired for main water and electricity. For cruising, the boat would benefit from a water storage tank and either a generator, or house batteries and inverter as all appliance are run on 230 volts shore power. Currently the mooring fees are circa €120 pm. This makes for inexpensive living.
