Boatshed St Malo is pleased to offer this LM 27 sailing yacht for sale from 1979 in Brittany.
Built in Denmark, this vessel' is the ideal family cruiser. She is an excellent seaworthy boat with her long keel and canoe stern. The current owner has had the vessel since the mid-nineties and it has given a great deal of pleasure. The craft offers a good level of comfort, with a galley outside of the main accommodation (required by Danish regulations) and a generous cockpit with open helm position that can be enclosed if required with two doors. Headroom throughout is generous. When on board she feels like a much bigger vessel. She is a good example of this popular boat with few modern equivalents being sold at a realistic price.
