Broker's Comments
This Classic Maurice Griffiths "Kylix" is a well presented example of these traditionally designed and modern built boats, with only two boats of this design professionally built by Kelsall.
She offers a traditional design of a Maurice Griffiths, while providing the standard of comfort expected of a more contemporary vessel.
The interior is roomy and comfortable, furnished with lovely woodwork, a classic C shaped saloon, four berths and a good sized galley. Also including hot air heating, a separate heads and a separate forward twin cabin, providing plenty of comfort and stowage throughout.
On the water, it has been commented she makes a competent and comfortable cruising and blue water option and the current owners have mentioned that she has been known to out-sail other boats in her class and "sails like a dream".
Visiting the boat and listening to the boat's recent history suggests it is ready for a new owner to continue to be sailed, enjoyed and cared for, as she has been throughout her life.
