Broker's Comments
ideally suited as a liveboard, the current owner has done just that for the past 7 years.
Aft is the generous saloon area with separate companionway and well equipped galley and the 2nd heads (used as laundry room) on the Stb side opposite the "U" shaped galley area.
Moving fwd is the wheelhouse (refurbished roof and panelling 2011) and fwd again is the main bedroom with permanent double berth and adjacent shower (port side) and heads (stb side)
Fwd again is the forecabin with "V" berth offering 2 singles or 1 double that van be used as storage with 2 people living aboard.
The Strathmoor 42 (or Powles) hull is very wide at 3.7 metres giving lots of space needed when living aboard and very wide side decks for added safety.
Priced realistically.
