Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 30ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring at Springfield Marina in East London.
Laid out in an open plan layout with convertible bed in the main saloon and separate bathroom to the stern.
The boat was blacked in 2017 and has a BSS to Sept 2019. The 2015 survey is also available.
Springfield Marina is very popular with its location set amongst parks and the River Lea. It's very quiet but with a great community of liveaboard boats. Current mooring fees are very affordable at £290 pcm making it far cheaper than other locations around London.
