Pat Buckle is known for building strong narrow boats, tastefully fitted out and with enviable levels of price depreciation. This 40’ model is no exception and has been well maintained by owners.

The accommodation features double and single berths, a galley, bath and plenty of stowage space. This boat is being sold complete with essential items for comfort, including a full size oven and hob and a delightful multi fuel stove. The galley is a good size for preparing meals and has the capability to have the starboard side open, when weather permits.

The boat is powered by a reliable engine and much of the electrical installation has been replaced to a high quality and safe standard. What’s more the boat has been competitively priced to encourage a quick sale.

When I visited this boat, I was struck by its good level of upkeep, tidiness and potential as a comfortable getaway opportunity for a family or longer term live aboard.
