Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 40ft Narrowboat for sale with Limehouse leisure mooring.
This 1999 Narrowboat would make a comfortable pied-a-terre for an individual or couple with its highly desirable Limehouse mooring which is fully transferable. The leisure mooring allows you to stay onboard 28 days consecutively at any time.
This compact narrowboat also has the benefit of being in the cheapest mooring fee bracket but still having a decent amount of room as it is a Trad Stern so maximises the internal living space.
The boat has the benefit of a multi fuel stove and Mikuni diesel-powered central heating so that it will always be warm in the winter.
Current mooring fees are £7,047 p.a. and the marina charge 5% of the sale price to transfer the mooring over to the new owner. There is a laundry for residents, WiFi, elsan and pumpout and great community spirit.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
