A smashing little boat in barely used condition - The boat has spent much of its life on hard-standing having work done.

She manages to cram in a lot inside, giving the illusion of a much bigger boat. Plenty of living space for a single person or couple and would be equally good as a liveaboard or leisure craft.

The leisure mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management.
