Broker's Comments
This 45ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat is an ideal cruiser/liveaboard presently on a winter mooring on the Lancaster Canal. The mooring is until February 2023.
The owner bought her in July this year to live aboard but he has not taken to boating life as it is not for everybody. The boat had a good survey in March 22' and the boat was blacked in July 22' when he bought the boat.
As you come down into the saloon there is a TV, some storage cupboards, one of which holds the 1500W inverter and the solar controller. There are radiators throughout the boat that are powered by a Webasto wet heater. The galley is a good size with plenty of under and over storage, cooker, hob, stainless sink and a 12v fridge freezer.
Next you come to the bathroom with a composting toilet, basin with built in cupboards and a half bath with overhead shower.
Further down the corridor is the double cabin with a large king size bed, single wardrobe and drawers and the duck hatch with steps for emergency access.
BSC until March 2025.
