Built in 2000 by Liverpool Boats and well maintained throughout its 16 years, this narrowboat is perfect for a couple or individual who want to live afloat with all the security of a permanent, residential mooring and close to central London.

The boat has the traditional narrowboat layout with double cabin at the stern, good sized bathroom with shower in between and open plan galley and living area forward of this.

Comfortably set up with a wood stove and gas fired central heating, the boat is currently vacant and is ready for someone to move straight onto and join the super popular London houseboat community.

Limehouse Basin is a fantastic community ideally located at the end of the Grand Union Canal and 5 mins from Limehouse DLR station which means you can be in The City in 20 minutes or Canary Wharf is a 15 minute walk along the river. The marina has laundry, CCTV, on site staff and supplies electricity, water (free) and internet to your boat.

Current mooring fees are £7,300 p.a. and there is a 5% transfer fee to acquire the residential license with the boat.
