Broker's Comments
This 47' Narrowboat Trad Stern is now on the market available with a leisure mooring at Packet Boat Marina, West London.
Built in 1988 by the highly reputable R&D Fabrications, this narrowboat would make a great pied-a-terre with its transferable mooring or equally, could be taken back onto the towpath as a continuous cruising home.
There are four berths across one cabin and a sofa bed in the saloon. The heads has a decent sized shower and Elsan loo.
The BMC engine was rebuilt in 2004 and was starting and running well on our visit to the boat.
The hull is due for blacking but the BSS runs to March 2021.
The leisure mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are roughly £330 a month. The mooring allows the owner to stay on board 28 days consecutively.
