This is a really nice 2005 50ft Trad Stern Narrowboat that was re-painted in late 2019, in black and cream and was also blacked at the same time. She was built by Dave Brown & Son and was originally sold from new by the marina where she is moored. The present oner is the second owner and he has made many improvements over the last 14 years. She has a BSC until Sep 2025. The boat has LED lighting throughout .

As you walk through the front doors you come into the modern saloon area with a solid fuel heating stove, double settee, plenty of storage, and fitted bookshelves. This then leads to the galley which again has ample storage, a 12v fridge/freezer, full size oven, and is finished in red kitchen doors.

Next you move down to the good size wet room, with cassette toilet, wet shower, and basin with vanity unit.

Further down the corridor there are a couple of storage/wardrobes and then you have a privacy door to the aft double cabin. There is again plenty of storage including under bed and over bed. The wardrobe also contains a safe and the calorifier/immersion heater.

Finally you come out into the engine bay area with access out onto the stern and helm and engine controls.

The marina mooring is available with the boat subject to separate negotiation and the costs are for a leisure mooring, £3,500 a year, and for residential £4,200 a year inc council tax.
