There is also a solid fuel stove with radiators that also heats down through the bedroom via a copper radiating pipe.

There is a toilet, plus a separate shower and basin in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a fixed double with storage under and a large wardrobe.

This is a very well kept boat which looks like new. She would make a great live aboard, with plenty of space and all the necessary equipment.

The gated, secure mooring at Brentford is not transferable with the boat, but the new owner could tender to take it over.
