Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 50ft narrowboat with London residential mooring at Limehouse Basin in East London.
Fitted out with a nice, modern interior, this 2005 narrowboat is an excellent liveaboard for an individual or couple. Entering from the stern into the galley and saloon, there is lots of light and a multifuel stove. The bathroom has a shower compartment and electric flush toilet. There is a good sized double bed in the bow of the boat.
The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT transfer fee) and current mooring fee is £10,400 per annum paid upfront or £11,200 paid monthly.
