Broker's Comments
Boatshed Grand Union are pleased to offer this 50ft Trad Stern Narrowboat for sale.
This 1991 Stoke-on-Trent boat has been recently refurbished internally to make a tasteful and bright liveaboard or cruising holiday home.
The hull was epoxied in 2013 and surveyed in 2014 so this may not need renewing yet but a pre-purchase survey would give you the required information on the hull.
The internal layout has an open plan saloon and walk through galley with plenty of natural light. The heads has a manual loo with holding tank and shower cubicle. The cabin is to the aft and has a decent sized double bed with good storage.
The residential mooring at Cowroast Marina can be transferred with the boat but the marina will charge a 5% transfer fee (of the value of the boat).
