Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 55' Narrowboat for sale with residential mooring at Limehouse Marina.
Built in 2000, this six berth narrowboat would make an ideal liveaboard for an individual or couple. The boat has an open plan living area and galley on entering the boat from the front. The decent sized bathroom has a full sized shower cubicle and chemical loo and two cabins at the stern.
The boat was blacked in August 2015 with new anodes and the BSS runs to July 2018. The four batteries were replaced this year as well.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina management. Current mooring fees are roughly £10,000 p.a.
Limehouse Basin is a delightful community of boaters with unrivaled transport links to central London with Limehouse DLR only 5 minutes away. Canary Wharf is a 20 minute walk away too with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
These boat details are subject to contract.
