Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 55ft Narrowboat with London mooring at Limehouse Basin, East London.
Built in 2004 and offered in very good condition, this boat is ready to go for an individual or couple needing a London bolthole.
We have listed this boat twice now and both owners have maintained it very well. The layout with the galley set to one side gives it a good feeling of space in the main living area and there are plenty of storage options in the cabin and enclosed engine room too as this is a Trad Stern boat.
The boat is sold with a transferable leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin. A transfer fee of 7.5% + VAT will apply. Current mooring fees are £10,100 per annum or £9,344 if paid upfront. The marina provides electric (metered), water, fibre broadband connection, laundry and pump out. Transport links to the City and Canary Wharf are excellent with Limehouse DLR less than 5 mins walk from the marina.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
