Built in 2000, this narrowboat makes a comfortable liveaboard home with the added benefit of two cabins. The interior has been refitted by the current owner but there is some work to finish off.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (5% + VAT transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £10,380 per annum. Priced to sell, the boat could be swapped for something else once you have the mooring.
