Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 55ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring in picturesque Little Venice.
Built in 1991, this boat comes with one of the highly desirable "single moored" berths at the Maida Avenue Moorings. There are a limited number of boats that have this privilege so they usually command a big premium. The current owners have been on the moorings for over 20 years so this is a spot you fall in love with with excellent transport links close by.
The boat itself has been very well maintained and was last blacked in 2021. It is well equipped for liveaboard life with a multi-fuel stove, central heating, a good sized double bed and a large open-plan galley and living area. There is room in the living area for a sofa bed so this boat can sleep four quite comfortably if you have family or friends visiting.
The mooring is fully transferable to the new owner (no transfer fees) and current mooring fees are roughly £9,300 per annum.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
