Built in 1994, this boat has the benefit of two cabins and it's 62ft length means the open plan living area and galley is a good size too.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT transfer fee) and is one of the most desirable spots in London for liveaboards with the DLR less than 5 mins walk from the boat and excellent facilities including fibre broadband, laundry and shower block. Current mooring fees are £11,700 per annum if paid upfront.
