Broker's Comments
This is an unusual boat as it started out life as a Springer 40 but has been extended in recent years to 65ft.
It has pretty well everything you need to live on it. As you come in from the stern there is a full size Rayburn cooker which uses kerosene which also heats the radiators and water. The galley is large with plenty of storage and there is a good sized calorifier boxed in, a small fridge, stainless steel sink and gas hob.
In the saloon area there is a double bed settee, large TV, radiator and then you move down to the 1st double bedroom with 4ft bed. Then you come to the bath/shower room with wash basin and porta potti. Finally, you come to the second bedroom, again with a 4ft bed, and then there is a small wardrobe/storage area before the doors out into the forward deck with water tank. The water tank needs boxing in with a deck of some kind.
