Broker's Comments
Boatshed London welcome the opportunity to bring this 69ft narrowboat to market during these unusual times.
The asking price has been reduced to a very competitive level as the vendor is looking for a quick sale.
The vessel has a reverse layout and was built by Piper boats, so high spec and build quality should be expected.
The boat was last out of the water in 2018 when she was reblacked and new anodes fitted. The BSS is valid until 2024.
Currently on a residential mooring in North West London, the mooring is not transferable, but private arrangements might be possible through CRT.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
