Recent work to finish the hull is described as follows;
Make good and epoxy tape all joints in epoxy covered marine ply,
Manufacture GRP panels at 900 gms, cut to size to suit hull, affix panels to hull using sikaflex EBT+
Fill all joins with bonding paste and glass fibre all koins with 900gms matt.
Sand and make good ready to apply 2 coats of gel, one dark grey and one black.

The current owners have just had the hull completely fibre glassed and gelcoated so she is ready to go in the water.

She will need fitting inside so this is a "Blank Canvas" that can be tailored to suit your budget or requirements.

As a result of the work on the hull having been completed, she is able to be launched on the water. S She has been constructed in marine ply, fully sheathed with epoxy and GRP panels made which have been bonded to the hull and finished with 2 coats of gelcoat.

All the hard work has been done so it really is a case of fitting her out and providing the finishing touches to complete to whatever standard you choose.

The market for living on the water is becoming increasingly popular and prices of completed houseboats of this size are often advertised in excess of £350,00.00 dependant on location.
