This professionally built ferro-cement ketch was constructed in Canada and for almost 30 years the first owners have enjoyed sailing her across the world’s oceans. They then sold her to her current owner who converted her into a cool loft-style home and office. As such he has been able to deduct the mooring fees and maintenance costs from his company taxes. The mooring in the centre of Barcelona can be taken over. The current condition of this boat is good as a house boat. She is capable of sailing, but needs to have some TLC to bring her back up to date for that purpose (navigation equipment, engine service). British flag.
