This is very much a project boat, but would make a good houseboat/live-aboard.
There are already good quality Velux skylights throughout; a fitted kitchen and very stylish modern bathroom suite and walk in shower.
Loads of space, with a double bedroom, single bedroom and a lot of living space - there's even a utility area in the bow.
The mooring is not available with the vessel and it would need to be moved.
