Broker's Comments
This really does look like a fantastic example of one of these exemplary cruisers by Southerly.
First impressions are bright and white, lots of upper deck space to lounge on, coupled with a really well designed and sheltered cockpit, yet with a commanding view and all the controls to hand.
Inside, she's incredibly light, bright and airy. She smells sweet, seems clean and could be one of those boats that you could spend longer periods enjoying - alongside or at sea.
Her current owners have really invested in lots of lovely updates and have also taken care of the fundamentals - standing rigging, engine, upholstery and more - check the advert to see exactly what has been completed recently.
If you're searching for a genuinely well looked and loved boat to take you afar, in comfort and style - I'd seriously recommend an early look at her - here are a few words from her proud owner:
"She's an excellently maintained Southerly 115. With her hydraulic lifting keel, she can reach anchorages not accessible to most yachts, and can comfortably and confidently take the ground. She’s a joy to sail from the secure centre cockpit, or if the weather is foul, from the interior wheel position. In line reefing, all lines lead aft – no need to leave the cockpit.
Spacious, comfortable, and updated interior. New engine. New standing rigging. Numerous upgrades."
