Broker's Comments
Just look at that upper deck . . . dinner party? Barbeque? Dancing? This is a truly wonderful outside space, particularly given the boat’s tranquil location in a quiet locked mooring just off the river.
This is a simply stunning houseboat conversion, painstakingly re-built over the past two years with no expense spared. Everything about this houseboat screams “brand new boat” which, effectively, she is (though re-built from a 1989 shell). The boat has that 'new house' feel, with all surfaces and equipment untouched and immaculate. Wine chiller, espresso machine, washer, dryer, entertainment system – everything is all here - and it's all been recently installed, using high quality materials and components. She's ready to move into and can be easily personalised to the new owner’s taste.
As a Central London liveaboard, there can't be anything better than this in this price range. However, this is more than a houseboat; with a silky smooth 6.5L engine and easy handling with the aid of a bowthruster, she's ready to go anywhere.
The boat can be kept on her current mooring, which is quiet and secure (gated entry and all-round CCTV coverage). There's easy access to Central London and also good links to the motorway, rail and air networks.
These boat details are subject to contract.
