Built in 1988, this yacht would make a great London base for someone who also wanted to explore the Thames Estuary and do some sailing.
The boat has a double cabin in the bow, good-sized saloon and galley with gas cooker, fridge and microwave.
Limehouse Basin is situated at the end of the Grand Union canal with access to the River Lea and Thames. The Limehouse DLR station is five minutes from the marina and gives access to Bank station in 10 minutes. Marina residents have access to the laundry and shower facilities ashore, 24 hour security. Current mooring fees are £7,200 p.a.. A 5% transfer fee, payable to the marina operator.
