Broker's Comments
A stunning example of these solid well built cruisers, this one will not disappoint even the most discerning buyer. The current owner is an engineer and this is evident throughout the boat. Every operation on the boat has been examined and improved upon resulting in a boat that is impossible to fault. The engine bay is immaculate, the standard of all the installation be it electrical, plumbing or mechanical is 1st class. I can be sure that no matter how far you travel to see this boat it will be worth it. She benefits from current BSC and is licensed for the Broads until March 2013.
In June 2010 she had a full pre-purchase survey and rust was found in certain areas of the tubular steel rubbing strake, due to water ingress through screws securing a rubber outer rubbing strake, as a result the owner has had a new strake fitted and the result is superb. There is now nothing whatsoever that this boats requires.
