Broker's Comments
The Tarquin 46 is a large motor cruiser the aft owner’s cabin has an en-suite. There are two other cabins forward one double and one twin. The galley and saloon are very spacious lots of room to live-aboard.
We are advised by the owner that the current mooring can be used for residential purposes.
The owners recently returned from Spain (not on the boat) and have all their gear on board at present. I have therefore added some extra photos of the cabins taken earlier this year to show more detail.
