Built in 2007 originally but fitted out by the current owner, who is a boatbuilder, in 2014, this stylish boat is the perfect size for an individual or couple with a large double cabin up front and open plan living area and galley.

Light and bright throughout with modern materials and a fine finish, wide beams of this quality and in this marina don't come up often. As with all Boatshed London listings, this one is far more realistically priced than certain estate agents and will not be around for long.

The boat has central heating and multi fuel stove for the colder nights and the boat is connected to 240V electricity from the marina and water is included in the mooring fee.

Current mooring fees are £9,329 p.a and the marina will charge a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to take over the mooring. The boat is sold with a 10 year residential license at the marina to give potential buyers peace of mind.

Limehouse is the most desirable residential marina in London with quick links to Canary Wharf and central London.
