This Liverpool Boats boat was built in 2006 and has been completely and professionally refurbished internally making this into an extremely comfortable pied-a-terre or family base in London.

The layout makes the best use of the available space with an open plan living area and galley and two good sized cabins. The second cabin has been cleverly redesigned to include two bunk beds and a study area.

The large bathroom has free standing bath and Separati composting loo which are the most hassle-free option for houseboats.

Limehouse Basin is the most desirable marina in London with its superb transport links and surrounding area with great restaurants, bars and pubs. This boat is sold with a transferable leisure mooring - current mooring fees are £9,800 p.a. approx. There is a 5% (of the sale price) transfer fee to acquire the mooring license payable to the marina.
