Only recently completed and on the market because the owners have decided to leave London altogether, this boat is beautifully finished and it's immediately apparent that it was designed by someone that has an eye for detail. White and bright throughout giving a great feeling of space, this is an extremely stylish houseboat that is perfect for an individual or couple that wants something they can move straight onto.

All the fittings and furniture are of very high quality and make this boat stand out from the crowd especially having a standalone bath and separate shower compartment in the bathroom.

The pictures speak for themselves on this boat and viewing is highly recommended. If you want a wide beam with a London residential mooring, you won't find much wrong with this one!

Poplar Dock is a fantastic community of boaters and well situated just to the east of Canary Wharf with great transport links as well as available parking for residents (£600p.a.). Current mooring fees are £11,670 per annum approx. The marina charge a 7.5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to transfer the mooring to the new owner.
